Dr.-Ing. Alamirew M. Tola is a distinguished civil engineer with a Ph.D. in Highway and Transportation Engineering from the prestigious University of Rostock, Germany. He is an assistant professor at the Kombolcha Institute of Technology, Wollo University, Ethiopia, where he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his students and colleagues. Dr.-Ing.
